If you are around New York City you might want to spend some time at the MET in Central Park to see a great exhibit called Big Bambu. Big Bambu is an ever changing art installation composed of bambu and rope. It represents a seascape, an ever changing view that nevertheless always remains the same. The creators, Doug and Mike Starn, with the help of a number of rock climbers, keep extending and changing the piece on a daily basis. Eventually, the artists will begin to slowly dismantle the piece. Visitors can actually walk up and around the exhibit and get some different views of Central Park and New York City.
